Support during the Holidays
During the Holiday season, our offices will close for a few days to allow our colleagues to rest and spend time with their loved ones, ready to come back in 2025 invigorated for the year ahead.
During this period you can still log in and submit your questions/issues within our support website, Zuken Global Support and we will answer upon our return.
Europe
The office will be closed from midday Tuesday 24 December, re-opening on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Americas
Zuken USA offices will be closed and hotline coverage not provided on Wednesday, Dec 25 and Wednesday, Jan 01.
Hotline coverage will be available Thursday and Friday, Dec 26-27, and Monday and Tuesday, Dec 30-31. (Offices will be closed, however, hotline coverage will be available.)
Standard services start again on Thursday, Jan 2nd.
