With a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for helping customers succeed, George plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing valuable support for our E3.series software suite for wire harness and control panel design.

George’s journey in the field of engineering began when he graduated with his BSE in electrical engineering. Early on, he gained hands-on experience as an application engineer, working on commercial HVAC motor NPD testing and field work for cleanroom fan filter units. Through these experiences, George honed his problem-solving skills and developed a customer-centric mindset, where customer success became his top priority.

Delving Deeper for Meaningful Solutions

As an application engineer in the customer support and services team, George is responsible for assisting customers with any questions related to our E3.series software suite. Whether providing technical support, conducting customer training classes, or creating community tech tips, George’s dedication to customer satisfaction shines through in every interaction.

For George, customer success goes beyond simply providing answers. He strives to dig deeper and understand the root cause of each customer’s issue. A typical day workday involves assisting customers with hotline calls, collaborating with his team to expand his product knowledge, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in the industry. Outside of work, George enjoys spending quality time with his wife and friends, engaging in various activities such as bowling, mini-golf, video games, and hiking. He also pursues his interests in medieval and renaissance European fencing history, zoology (with a particular focus on herpetology), and linguistics, aspiring to become fluent in French and Spanish in the coming years.
